More Darling Girl shinies!

This is actually two Darling Girl orders that I made, one of which was for a sale or something and the other because I really really wanted some red gel eyeliner. I should note that the customer service was pretty good- they ended up being sent together, and Susan noticed that I had a few duplicate items. She e-mailed me to ask if I wanted to make any substitutions, which I did because I am pretty scatterbrained.

Notoriously Morbid’s Grisly Grimoire

I managed to get this year’s Notoriously Morbid Halloween collection, if only because it was a preorder thing and not a “you have to be home and not working or otherwise busy and also you have to have money at some point between 2 AM and 3 AM when they sell out” thing. Plus this one is proper witchy, which is kind of my thing, so I was so in.

Geek Chic Cosmetics

I’ve heard a lot of things, both good and bad, about Geek Chic Cosmetics. I’ll be honest- the company aesthetic never really strongly appealed to me. While I do partake in the geeky a bit, I’m hardly too invested in most of the typical “geek” collections, and the ones I do love never seem to merit collections. (Where is my X-Files makeup I mean SERIOUSLY.) As such, companies formed around nerdy makeup often don’t raise my interest the way things with black or skulls do. But at some point, Geek Chic was putting some old stuff on clearance, so I figured “might as well.”
